The location is very convenient to main attractions.
My room lacked proper soundproofing. Street noise disrupted sleep. The minibar was empty upon arrival, this required a call to reception to resolve. I also noticed the bathroom toiletries were not replenished daily.

The location is central. the staff provided really good service, i found them very helpful. the hotel's elegant decor created a pleasant ambiance. I admired its beauty. i also appreciated the proximity to various shops.
the lack of readily available fresh bottled water in the morning was a very slight inconvenience, but i completely understand it was a busy time.

I finded the location super. It was close to many shops. The staff, especially Estelle, were so helpful, providing restaurant recommendations. I enjoyed afternoon tea in the lobby with fresh baked goods.
My room was on the smaller side, but it was fine for just me.

absent windows inadequate ventilation
The absence of windows in the room was a considerable letdown. the lack of a late checkout option added to my frustration. the room was not properly soundproofed. I could hear street noise at all hours, disrupting my sleep. the ventilation seemed inadequate because the room felt stuffy.
